This session shares instructions on s
creening the home for safety and staying active as we age. Will look around your home identifying and modifying/eliminating possible hazards in the house and discuss successful strategies to stay active in and around your home as we age.


Speaker Information:

Wade Gamber, PT

GAMBER Physical Therapy & Fitness


Wade S Gamber PT was born and raised in Lancaster County graduating from Manheim Township High School. He went on to graduate from the University of Pittsburgh's School of Health Physical Therapy program with honors and embarked upon a career in private practice physical therapy in Lancaster treating patients young and old with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, balance and vestibular problems. He has been practicing physical therapy in Lancaster County for over 30 years as well as continues to be a physical therapy clinical instructor for interning physical therapy students from a variety of local and national colleges and universities. He has also remained engaged with the local community in a variety of ways including Professional Board Member with the Arthritis Foundation and National MS Society; as a baseball, soccer and basketball coach, and committee member for several fund-raising events.
